Your first game

Choose a category, pick Blind or Classic, then play against bots, share one device, or host an online room. For same-device play, enter 2–6 different names separated by commas.

For online play, enter your name and tap Host online. Use Invite friends to share the room link. Friends enter their name and tap Join room. Everyone taps ready, then the host starts.

Quick Match

Choose Quick Match on the home screen, or This mode from a category setup. The server chooses a category in that mode. Two humans start a live duel immediately; after up to 20 seconds, computer-controlled players fill empty seats. Cancel while waiting using Back to browse. Seats stay fixed after play starts. Public matches cannot be paused or edited by a host.

The auction

Each player starts with $20 of play money and five slots. Each bid adds $1. Passing is final for the current card. Blind mode hides the name and photo until SOLD. The winner chooses a compatible open slot; if they do not choose within 25 seconds, the game places it automatically.

You cannot bid when all compatible slots are full. Swap compatible positions between cards. The host can pause three times per match; each pause automatically ends after 60 seconds.

Paid gifts · optional party rule

The host can enable paid gifts in a private room. After a card goes unsold, you have 12 seconds to pay $1–$5 from your budget and give it to another player. They receive both the money and the card, placed in their best compatible open slot. No replacing existing cards. First valid gift wins. This rule is unavailable in ranked or tournament matches.

Hourly tournaments

Five modes open every hour. Enter before :45, then complete your 12-card draft before the next hour. Each account gets one attempt per mode, using the same card order as other entrants. Join a live table of up to four humans; after up to 20 seconds, computer-controlled players fill empty seats. Your reserved seat stays available if you leave the screen. At least three purchases are required. Higher score wins; lower spend and then more filled slots break ties. Exact ties share rank. Top-three championship points are 100, 60 and 40; other eligible finishers earn 10. There are no cash prizes.

Accounts & AI Arena

Sign in with ChatGPT and create a nickname to save your XP across devices. AI Arena chooses a random category and three of 100 computer-controlled rivals. Results are checked on the server. Finish with at least three purchased cards for 30 XP, plus 50 XP for a win. Quick Match also earns verified XP. Practice and friend rooms do not affect the ranked leaderboard. Each 250 XP advances one level.

Sign in before starting an online match. Guest seats and signed-in seats are separate identities. Use Recover my guest rooms in Account settings to move eligible online guest rooms from this browser into your account. Local practice does not become ranked XP.

Who wins?

Sports use authored game ratings; All-Time Starting Five uses position-weighted skills and bonuses. Auto judge uses mode-specific 100-point rubrics. Dream Team rewards cast coverage and flexibility; Party rewards a complete, varied plan; Survival rewards essential slots and resource coverage; Chaos rewards a balanced surprise mix. Results show each component. It is a deterministic game rubric, not GPT or a real-world assessment. You can instead select Party vote for creative categories, with no self-voting; Survival then uses its classic supply-variety score. The full scoring formula is available under How it works & scoring on the game screen. Solo voting categories let you compare drafts without declaring a vote winner.

AI opponents

Practice supports 2–5 opponents selected from six dedicated training bots, separate from the 100 public-match rivals. Some save money, others bid aggressively or wait until the end of the auction. They use ordinary usernames; empty Quick Match seats may be computer-controlled. Bid decisions use only public clues; hidden card identities and future cards are not available to their bidding logic.

Photos & wildcards

Every category has 59–60 core options with attributed image sources. Wildcards add unexpected guests to roughly 10–15% of the dealt cards. Images link to their source and licence; cards without a verified image remain playable and display Photo unavailable.

Reconnect & sharing

Use the same browser and keep your cookies to reconnect to a guest seat. Rooms expire after 24 hours. Finished drafts can be exported as a Story PNG, transparent overlay or short video where your browser supports recording. You choose whether to share; nothing posts automatically.

Report an issue

Send a bug, incorrect card or suggestion to the owner’s private dashboard. Do not include passwords or sensitive information.
